Greensquare Homes’ New Development in Marlborough

We have won a new contract with homebuilder Greensquare Homes for the construction cleaning of their Hawthorn Meadow development, located in the market town on Marlborough, Wiltshire. 

The site is moments from the A346 which leads directly to junction 15 of the M5 motorway, which is just over 7 miles away.

A stone’s throw from the Marlborough golf club for those who enjoy a round or two over the weekends. 

The development is set to build 39 new homes, which will include 16 for affordable rent and shared ownership. Plans also include a new public open space and a new play area. 

Greensquare Homes at Hawthorn Meadows will comprise two, three and four-bedroom homes, perfect for individuals, couples and families.

Though the development is in its early phase, with the groundworks just underway, we have begun the regularly scheduled cabin cleaning to the sites management office and welfare facilities.

As the site progresses, we will take on further contracted works at the site, in time, this will include build cleaning, sparkle cleaning and window cleaning to each property across the development.
