Carpet Cleaning in Bristol – Our Construction Project

To conclude our contracted works for Beard Construction at their latest development, located on Baldwin Street in Bristol City Centre, we undertook a comprehensive carpet cleaning program, to ensure that the carpets throughout the redeveloped building were finished to perfection. 

Our carpet cleaners spent two days covering 5 floors, each with 20-30 self-contained studio apartments, carpet cleaning the entirety of the building after the completion of construction works carried out which transformed the old property (a sports bar) into new premium student apartments with a residence lounge, including retail space on the ground floor. 

Our professional carpet cleaners used one of our latest tools that we recently introduced into our professional carpet cleaning services – the Steempro Powermax by Prochem – a carpet cleaning machine with powerful water and dirt extraction system, designed to remove the toughest of dirt and stains on any carpet fibres. 

We completed the post-construction cleaning at the development on Baldwin Street with carpet cleaning with the intent to remove the dust that settled onto the carpets during the later stages of the build process.  

It is almost impossible for contractors to completely prevent any dust from settling onto carpet even during the later stages of construction – during snagging and final touch-ups. This, in part, could be due to dust being suspended in the air and finally settling after carpets have been fitted.

Often vacuuming will not extract the fine dust particles that have rooted deep into the carpet fibres. To guarantee perfect carpets post-construction, we recommend all carpet throughout a new build development have their carpets cleaned professionally, to extract that last remaining dust that has engrained deep into the carpet fibres, leaving it perfectly cleaned and fresh scented.
