Situated just four miles from central Gloucester, the latest phase is part of a larger development project of the area along with other national homebuilders. The Taylor Wimpey development, once complete, will comprise of 240 homes on two parcels of land, 162 of which will be private while the other 78 designated as affordable.
A perfect location for commuting with access to the M5 (junction 11A) under two miles from the development. The Taylor Wimpey project at Perrybroack features a stunning collection of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes and 1-2 bedroom apartments, suitable for individuals and families to enjoy and build a future.
Our construction cleaning services are currently retained by other national homebuilders, Persimmon Homes, within the wider Perrybrook development. Our experienced construction cleaners have helped to build a new community in Brockworth, where our construction cleaning services have been an essential part in the completion of multiple phases for national homebuilder Bovis Homes, over several years at the site.
Our construction cleaning services will consist of an initial builders clean, re-clean and a final sparkle clean for each plot within the development. Additional services include internal and external window cleaning, using both traditional window cleaning methods and purified water-fed pole systems, for a spotless finish.
We also ensure the externals of each property is handed over to the customers in perfect condition. As a full-service construction cleaning company, we clean soffits, guttering, fascias, patio, paths and driveways and much more.
