Millbrook Grove: Our Latest Project For Bellway

We are back with another Bellway housebuilding project. Bellway is one of the UK largest homebuilders. Their latest Millbrook Grove site, part of the Perrybrook development is situated in the parish of Brockworth, a village 4 miles on the outskirts of Gloucester.

A two-minute drive from junction 11A of the M5 miles gives easy access to the North and South-West regions of England and Cheltenham is around 5 miles northeast of the development. 

The new Bellway site is less than 2 miles from the Cooper’s Hill, which plays host to the annual cheese-rolling and wake event since the 1800s. Participants race down the 200-yard-long hill after a round of Double Gloucester cheese is sent rolling down it.

Millbrook Grove is part of the larger multi-phase 1500-home housing development. A joint effort of numerous developers will be partaking in the overall development in Perrybrook, Brockworth.

Community provision at Perrybrook will see a new sports centre, health facilities, 22,000 square metres of employment land and formal and informal public space.

Once complete, Millbrook Grove will have 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom homes, ranging from £269,995 to £487,995 and would appeal to first-time buyers, families, and commuters travelling to Cheltenham, Bath, or Bristol.
