Simply Cleaning has spent the last year on a contract for student accommodation cleaning in Cardiff, Wales.

Zenith by Fusion Students Cardiff is a high-end student accommodation block situated near Cardiff city centre and is a short walk to university buildings and a stone’s throw away from the city’s best shops, bars, restaurants and clubs.

Spanning 26 floors, the 675-bedroom Zenith building on Herbert Street in Atlantic Wharf is one of the largest high-rises in the city – adding to the cities skyline. The accommodation features amenities such as a private gym, basketball half-court, wellness treatment rooms, a cinema, a rooftop terrace and a sky bar.

With a mix of rooms from studios to 2, 3 and 4-bedroom apartments, there is a living space to suit any student. Social areas bring together the residence with daily events and activities, such as yoga classes and comedy night. With high-end student accommodation cleaning is paramount. Socal areas are extensively cleaned daily, leaving them pristine so the residence can feel at ease and enjoy the living environment.

Our Expert Student Accommodation Cleaning Services 

We currently provide cleaning services for all communal areas of the Zenith building, ensuring the building is maintained and cleaned to the same standards as the day the students moved into their newly built accommodation.

Daily, our student accommodation cleaners carry out the following:

• Cleaning to corridors, stairwells and lifts. 
• Reception and entrance cleaning. 
• Cleaning conference rooms and private study. 
• Cleaning the sky bar.
• Cleaning communal toilets. 
• Roof terrace cleaning.
• Cleaning to lounges and dining area.
• Private dining room cleaning.

We also provide housekeeping services for the residence and provide end of tenancy cleaning services and deep cleaning services ongoing throughout the year.

Simply Cleaning was originally contracted to undertake the construction cleaning, both builders cleaning and sparkle cleaning during the construction of the building more than a year ago. Upon its timely completion, just in time for the student to move in, we were chosen to fulfil the cleaning duties once the students had settled into their newly built student accommodation.
